Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and MonthlyPlug Products LLC, doing business as Santo's Clipper, for your use of Santo's Clipper. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
Santo's Clipper imports video you provide or point it at, generates short-form clips with captions, and publishes or schedules them to social accounts you connect. Features that depend on third-party platforms work only as far as those platforms allow, and may change when they do.
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 and old enough to form a contract where you live. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us about any unauthorised use. You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Free trials: if a plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged until it ends. Cancel before then to avoid being charged. One free trial per person.
- Price changes: new prices apply to new subscriptions. We'll give you notice before any change to what you pay.
- Failed payments: PayPal retries a failed charge. If it keeps failing, paid features are paused until payment succeeds.
- Taxes: prices exclude any taxes that apply where you live, unless stated.
- Refunds: see the Refund Policy.
- Monthly clip allowance: each plan includes the number of clips per month shown on the pricing page, plus any referral bonus. The count resets on the 1st of each month and unused clips don't roll over. When the allowance is used up, new clips (including automatic ones) pause until it resets or you move to a bigger plan; publishing and submitting clips you already have keeps working.
- Referrals: when someone signs up with your referral link and becomes a paying subscriber, your monthly allowance increases by the bonus shown on the Refer & Earn page for as long as they stay subscribed, up to the stated maximum. Bonuses have no cash value. Referrals must be real, separate people; we may remove bonuses earned with fake, duplicate or self-made accounts. When you share your link, say that it's a referral link.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of your content and the clips made from it.
- You give us a limited licence to host, process, modify (clip, caption, reframe) and publish your content as needed to provide the service to you.
- You confirm you have all the rights needed for everything you process, including music, footage, trademarks, and the likeness and consent of people who appear in it.
- If you clip other creators' content (for example for Whop campaigns), you must have their permission or the campaign's authorisation.
5. Connected platforms
Publishing is also governed by each platform's terms and policies (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Twitch, Whop and others). You're responsible for following them. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Clipping someone else's content is allowed only where you have their permission, such as a Whop campaign that provides the footage for that purpose. Platforms may limit, reject or remove content or revoke access independently of us, and we're not responsible for their decisions, payouts or monetization programs.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Santo's Clipper to:
- post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploits minors, or is prohibited by the platform you publish to;
- send spam, run fake or inauthentic accounts, or manipulate engagement;
- access other users' data, probe or break our security, or overload the service;
- resell or copy the service without our written permission.
7. AI-generated output
Clip selections, captions, hashtags and projections are generated automatically and may be wrong. Review them before relying on them. Growth projections and earnings figures are estimates, not promises of income.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or stop features; if we discontinue the service we'll give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid, unused period.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. Sections that by nature should survive termination (ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits) do.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MonthlyPlug Products LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold MonthlyPlug Products LLC harmless from claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring claims locally.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
