Delete your data
You can delete your Santo's Clipper account and all of its data at any time.
Delete it yourself (instant)
- Sign in to Santo's Clipper.
- Open Settings → Your data.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm with your password.
This cancels any subscription, disconnects every linked account (deleting the stored tokens), and deletes your brands, videos, clips, captions, schedules and analytics.
Ask us to do it
Email monthlyplugproductsllc@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
Remove only a connected app
To disconnect just one platform, use Settings → Connected accounts → disconnect, or revoke Santo's Clipper from that platform's own settings (for Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Business integrations). Its tokens are deleted from our systems when you disconnect.
What we keep
Records of payments we're legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes (dates, amounts and PayPal transaction IDs). Nothing else.
