Refund Policy
7-day guarantee. If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
Free trials
You're not charged during a free trial. Cancel before it ends in Settings → Billing and you won't be charged at all.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings → Billing or from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Partial periods aren't refunded unless covered by the guarantee above.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we'll always refund the error, however long ago it happened.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card.
